Creator Terms

These terms apply when you create a creator page, accept tips or sell products. They sit alongside the Terms of Service.

What you are doing

You are the seller. Centhead provides the page, takes the payment and delivers the file, and keeps a flat 1% of each sale or tip. The card processor’s fee (currently 2.90% plus $0.30, Stripe’s published rate) is passed on at cost and shown on every sale. Nothing else is deducted.

Refunds and disputes

• A buyer can refund a product themselves within 7 days if they have not downloaded the file, and a tip within 24 hours. You can refund any order at any time. Support can refund an order where the law or fairness requires.
• A refund or a card chargeback returns the full amount to the buyer and is taken back from your balance, together with Centhead’s 1%. Centhead bears the card processor’s fee on a refunded sale.
• Your earnings from sales are held for 45 seconds so refunds can be paid back, then move to your wallet.

What you can sell

Digital files you have the right to sell: templates, guides, spreadsheets, presets, images, music and video. Every product is reviewed before it goes on sale and again when you change it. The following are not allowed:

• Anything illegal, infringing someone’s copyright or trademark, or that you do not have the rights to sell.
• Adult, hateful or harassing content; content aimed at children that collects data; gambling or weapon-making material; anything promising income or investment returns.
• Files that could harm a computer or steal data, including executables and scripts. Files are checked by their content and anything else is refused.
• Tips or products that exist to buy likes, follows, reviews or other engagement on other platforms.

Tax

You are responsible for VAT, sales tax and income tax on your sales and tips, and for issuing any invoice the law requires. Centhead is not your tax adviser and may report payments to tax authorities where the law requires.

Buyers

Buyers must be 18 or older and signed in. You cannot buy from your own page or from a page on the same network. You cannot contact buyers through Centhead; you see only a display name and any message they chose to include with a tip.

Removal

We may pause or remove a product or page that breaks these terms or is repeatedly reported, and may withhold the related earnings while we investigate.
