If something goes wrong

Write to support first: most problems are solved there, and a payout question is answered fastest with the date and the amount. If we cannot agree, you can use the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) entity of the Romanian consumer authority, ANPC: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal. Using it does not take away any other right you have.

Payments

Card payments and payouts are handled by Stripe, a licensed payment institution. Centhead never sees or stores your card number. The cost the payment processor charges is shown before you confirm and is passed on at cost; see Fees.

Status of the service

Centhead is currently a public demonstration: the ads, balances and payouts are demonstration money and nothing is paid out yet. The rules, the splits and the ledger are the real ones. The status page says whether everything is running right now.
