Integrator Terms

These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service when you embed Centhead in an app or website (“Integrator”).

Revenue share

For each verified view in your app Centhead keeps 1% of the payout. You choose the percentage of the payout you keep, from 0% to 99%. The viewer receives the remainder. Your chosen share is displayed to viewers inside the widget and may not be hidden, altered or misrepresented. A change applies only to ads that start after it.

Your obligations

• Keep your secret key on your server and tell us immediately if it leaks. You are responsible for activity done with it.
• Embed the widget only on origins you registered. Do not cover, hide, resize or manipulate it, and do not generate or encourage artificial views.
• Do not offer users anything in exchange for clicking ads or watching extra ads, and do not direct the widget at children. Viewers must confirm they are 18 or older.
• Mention your use of Centhead in your own privacy notice. For viewer account and earnings data Centhead acts as an independent controller; you only send us a pseudonymous user id.
• Comply with the laws that apply to you, including consumer-protection and tax rules.

Holds, reversals and payment

Your share is held and reversed under the same rules as viewer earnings. You withdraw it through the same verified process. Self-dealing, invalid traffic or breach of these terms leads to forfeiture of affected earnings and suspension.

Availability

The widget is provided as is. We may change or end ad sources, and ad availability and rates are not guaranteed.
